Owning Bureau Zee, I work with clients on projects like the performance improvement of a utility company call center, the development of a culture of accountability in a refinery, leadership development in a growing pharmaceutical company, or an electricity company’s transition to becoming a leader in green energy. The work we do together sits on the intersection between leadership and organization development and I invite leaders to explore the spirit and purpose that fuel the primary task of their organizations. I particularly enjoy working on change leadership in complex organizations with global-local, centre-periphery tensions. I believe my work, and that of leaders is in essence about holding, moving, being and grounding. Based on an MA in Chinese Studies and an MA in Advanced Organizational Consultation from The Tavistock Institute/City University, I bring over 17 years of working inside and with international organizations, across Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas.
