To accelerate the development of management skills for High Potentials
- The request:
Following the introduction of a new performance management system, a multinational company, based in Italy, wants to speed up the development of its French managers skills in human resource management.
- Results :
- Action based Workshops for the entire population of the French subsidiary
- A soft and deep appropriation, at local level, of the global strategy
- A follow up highlighting the impact on behaviours and attitudes.
- How did we do it:
We clarified, with head office, the expected strategic impact for them, of people management on results. In particular, we first clarified the transformations they expected after the introduction of a new performance management system. After that we:
- Modified, with the client’s approval, the system in order to adapt it to the country’s culture
- Designed specific workshops for each hierarchical level of the population, in order to allow a real appropriation of the new performance management instruments at every level
- Collected all suggestions to improve the process proposed by workshop participants
- Worked with the HR Director on the finalisation of the process and the management tools.
